If you’ve had a blood test that shows you’re at risk of developing diabetes, you can do something about it now by joining one of our free local or online Healthier You courses.
Whether you come along in person or join in online, you’ll discover easy, enjoyable ways to improve your overall health, while getting support in making small changes that make a big difference.

To give you full support to make small changes step-by-step over time, the course will run over several months.
It begins with an initial assessment call over the phone, you’ll then receive 6 weekly sessions, followed up with a further 7 monthly follow-up sessions.
