To give you full support to make small changes step-by-step over time, the course will run over several months.
It begins with an initial assessment call over the phone, you’ll then receive 6 weekly sessions, followed up with a further 7 monthly follow-up sessions.
The programme is so effective at preventing diabetes, it’s fully funded by the NHS.
